Robert “Chip” King is one of the owners and managing partner of CallRevu LLC. CallRevu is the pioneer of Phone Process Measurement, providing real-time, actionable phone process performance reviews and data analytics.  Through its exclusive partnerships with automotive clients CallRevu aims to increase market share, customer retention, and profitability in all phases of dealership operations.

Prior to starting CallRevu in 2006, King spent over 25 years in the automotive industry, holding every position in variable operations, including General Manager and Dealer Principal. Throughout his career King has been focused on the customer experience. His passion and expertise on this subject make him highly sought-after for a variety of auto industry conferences. He is always willing to share his best practices with dealers and managers.

King holds degree from Towson University where he studied Mass Communication and Psychology.
